Please do not send cash. An activities and medical consent form will be sent with the travel details. an style="mso-spacerun:yes"> Please allow 21 days for acknowledgement of your booking. A deposit of £60 must be made with the booking, and the balance is due by 1 May 2012. In the event of a cancelled booking prior to 30 June 2012 fe fees will be refunded less the deposit. Cancellations after this date will incur the full holiday fee. Cancellations must be made in writing. We reserve the right to change our published programme. We will offer a selection of activities from the holiday descriptions, but the availability of a particular activity cannot be guaranteed.

As required by the Package Travel, Package Holiday and Package Tour Regulations 1992, all fees will be held in a separate bank account until the holiday is provided. PACT is covered by public liability insurance. PACT Activity Holidays is registered with the Adventure Activities Licensing Authority as licensed to provide specified activities under the following heading: Watersports. Licence details can be confirmed by calling the Adventure Activities Licensing Authority on 02920 755715 or from their website at www.aala.org.uk.

* SPECIAL OFFER: Invite a friend and both get a discount of £20. To receive a discount a new camper must give the name of the camper who invited them on their booking form. The discount will be applied to the balance payment for both the new camper and the camper who invited them. Only one discount in total per camper, so further invitations from the same camper will lead to a discount for the extra new campers but no additional discounts for the camper who invited them. A new camper is someone who has never been on a PACT Holiday before.
