We recommend early booking to secure your child's place. You can book by phone on 01442 870877, or download and print out the booking form, and send it with a £40 minimum deposit or the full fee to the address given on the form.
Please allow 21 days for acknowledgement of your booking. A minimum deposit of £40 must be made with the booking, and the balance is due by 1 May 2010. In the event of a cancelled booking prior to 30 June 2010, fees will be refunded, less a £40 administration charge, cancellations after this date will incur the full holiday fee. Cancellations must be made in writing.
We reserve the right to change our published programme. We will offer a selection of activities from the holiday descriptions, but the availability of a particular activity cannot be guaranteed.
As required by the Package Travel, Package Holiday and Package Tour Regulations 1992, all fees will be held in a separate bank account until the holiday is provided. PACT is covered by public liability insurance.
PACT Activity Holidays is registered with The Adventure Activities Licensing Authority as licensed to provide specified activities under the following heading: Watersports.
